Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the pwjitu Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pwjitu applies a minimum age of 21 in recognition of Indonesian regulatory norms and responsible gaming best practices.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Restricted Territory in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a pwjitu employee, contractor, agent, or business partner where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by pwjitu or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are met and will remain met for the duration of your use of the Platform. If your eligibility status changes, you are obligated to notify pwjitu immediately and cease using the Platform.

To access the full functionality of the pwjitu Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pwjitu will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, pwjitu requires successful completion of KYC verification. This process involves submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP or passport) and, where required, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Account Suspension and Closure: pwjitu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, policy violations, or eligibility breaches are detected. Funds held in suspended Accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their Account details remain up to date. Any changes to name, address, or contact information must be reported to the pwjitu support team promptly.

All financial transactions on the pwjitu Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• pwjitu accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfer; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. Processing delays outside pwjitu's control — such as bank system outages — are not the responsibility of the Company.
• pwjitu does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Successful KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal requests. Unverified Accounts will not be eligible for withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals are targeted for processing within an average of 3 minutes for verified Accounts submitting requests during business hours (09.00–22.00 WIB). Processing times may extend to 24 hours during off-peak periods or in cases requiring additional review.
• pwjitu reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected, pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform and may be revised at the Company's discretion.

pwjitu offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement), which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Certain game categories (such as live dealer baccarat or certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus amounts and associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: pwjitu actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering with other Players, systematic exploitation of promotional loopholes, and irregular wagering patterns. Players found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: pwjitu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — will each carry their own dedicated promotion terms, available on the respective promotion pages at the time of launch.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the pwjitu Platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and specialty games:

• Accepted Wagers: A wager is accepted and binding only upon the Platform's confirmation. Wagers placed during system errors, data feed outages, or networ k interruptions may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and are displayed at the point of bet placement. pwjitu reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players or markets without prior notice.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds or pricing, pwjitu reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Balance.
• Match Abandonment and Postponement: For sports betting markets, if a fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, pwjitu's settlement rules for that market will apply as specified in the individual sport's rule sheet. Where no specific rule applies, wagers on affected events will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) wagers are subject to the same general rules as pre-match wagers. However, live markets may be suspended or removed without notice. Wagers submitted immediately prior to a suspension may be accepted or rejected at the Platform's discretion.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) wagers: All selections within a mix parlay must win for the wager to pay out. If one leg is voided, the accumulator reverts to a parlay of the remaining legs. Minimum odds per leg and minimum number of selections apply as displayed on the Platform.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, slot, or togel draw, pwjitu will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return the wagered amount to Players. The Company's decision on game malfunction settlements is final.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute relating to wager settlement must be raised with the pwjitu support team within 7 days of the event outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

pwjitu is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their activity and maintain control over their wagering behavior:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind Players of elapsed session time and total wagering activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting the pwjitu support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and all promotional communications will cease.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period (24 hours to 7 days) without formally entering self-exclusion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pwjitu Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false or borrowed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pwjitu.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or betting event.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unauthorized advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to pwjitu immediately.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the Platform's code, design, or content without written authorization.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behavior directed at pwjitu staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP address concealment.

All content on the pwjitu Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pwjitu or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational wagering purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using the pwjitu brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on another website.

Any unauthorized use of pwjitu intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pwjitu's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pwjitu expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in sports data, odds, or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.
• Any decision by a Player to gamble that results in financial loss. Gambling involves inherent risk, and the Player accepts that risk in full upon placing any wager.

pwjitu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, we will endeavor to notify registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pwjitu holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and at your own risk.
• The Company makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as the Company providing legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
